Maida
Maida, or all-purpose flour, is primarily composed of starch and contains very little protein, fiber, vitamins, or minerals. It's mainly used in baking due to its fine texture and ability to produce light and airy baked goods. However, it's considered less nutritious compared to whole wheat flour because it's highly processed and lacks the bran and germ found in whole grains.
